UPSC: Combined Defence Services Examination 2011

Combined Defence Services Examination will be conducted by the Union Public Service Commission on 13th February 2011 for admission to the under mentioned courses. Examination Notice No. 02/2011-CDS-I. UPSC CDS Examination (I), 2011 for admission to Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Air Force Academy for the courses commencing in January 2012 and Officers Training Academy, Chennai for the Courses (Men and Women) commencing in April 2012.



1. Indian Military Academy Dehradun 132nd Course (Unmarried Male): 250

Age: Born not earlier than 02/01/1988 and not later than 01/01/1993

Qualification: Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.





2. Indian Naval Academy Ezhimala Course (Unmarried Male) : 40

Age: Born not earlier than 02/01/1990 and not later than 01/01/1993

Qualification: Degree in Engineering.



3. Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course (Unmarried Male): 32

Age: Born not earlier than 02/01/1989 and not later than 01/01/1993

Qualifiaction: Degree of a recognized University (with Physics & Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.



4. Officers’ Training Academy, Chennai 95th SSC Course (for men): 175

Age: Born not earlier than 02/01/1987 and not later than 01/01/1993

Qualification: Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.



5. Officers’ Training Academy, Chennai (Madras) 9th SSC Women Non-Technical Course (Unmarried Women): 25

Age: Born not earlier than 02/01/1987 and not later than 01/01/1993

Qualification: Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.



Application Fee: SC/ST/all female candidates are exempted from payment of fees.

How To Apply: Candidates may apply online by http://upsconline.nic.in/ upto 25/10/2010 11.59 pm. Offline application form available at all Head Post Offices throughout the country against cash payment of Rs.20/-.All applicants must reach the "SController of Examination, Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur house, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi - 110069" either by hand or by Post/Speed Post
