(a) Matriculation.

(b) Registered Nurse and Midwife or equivalent for the Male Nurse

Age not exceeding 35 years.

SC/ST/Ex-serviceman/PH/woman Candidates shall submit DD for Rs. 25/-(Rupees twentyfive only) towards postal charges.
