Employees’ State Insurance Corporation: LDC & Stenographer Posts

Employees’ State Insurance Corporation(ESIC) invites applications from eligible candidates for filling up the post of Stenographers and Lower Division Clerks in the Offices of ESI Corporation, West Bengal Region. The category wise vacancies are as under:



1. LDC: 89 Posts

Pay Scale: 5200-20,200/- Grade Pay 1900/- + allowances

Age: 18 to 27 years as on 18.10.2010

Qualification: Higher Secondary Pass (Pass in 12th Standard) or equivalent from a recognized Board. Working knowledge of computer including use of Office suites and data base with typing speed of 40 w.p.m. in English or 35 w.p.m. in Hindi.



2. Stenographer: 09 Posts

Pay Scale: Pay Band 5200-20,200/- Grade Pay 2400/- + allowances



Age: 18 to 27 years as on 18.10.2010

Qualification: Higher Secondary Pass (Pass in 12th standard) or equivalent from a recognized Board. Speed of 80 w.p.m. in Stenography (English / Hindi). Working knowledge of computer including Office Suites and database
