National Rural Health Mission, Punjab- Staff Nurse and ANM Posts

Online applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the posts of Staff Nurses and ANM’s under National Rural Health Mission (NRHM), Punjab.



1. Staff Nurse : 134 posts, Age : 18-37 years, Pay : Rs. 8500 + Rs. 1500 (Staying Allowance) at CHCs and Rs. 7500 + Rs. 1000 (Staying Allowance) at PHCs

2. ANM : 437 posts, Age : 18-45 years, Pay : Rs. 6900



How to Apply : Apply Online at CDAC website upto 22/12/2010. Get the printouts (2 copies) of the filled-in online form Registration slip bearing Registration Number and other details of the candidate. one copy of the Online Registration Slip (Printed) with a self attested photograph along with the original crossed Demand Draft of requisite fee (non-refundable) are to be sent at C-DAC Mohali, A-34, Phase VIII Industrial Area, Mohali on or before 26/12/2010.



Application Fee : Demand Draft of Rs.300/- (Rs.150/- for reserved categories) in favor of "State Health Society, Punjab" payable at Chandigarh



Date of written test : 9-01-2011.
