Indian Coast Guard - Recruitment of Navik (General Duty & Domestic Branch) 2011

Applications are invited from male Indian nationals possessing educational qualifications and age, as prescribed below, for recruitment to the post of Navik (General Duty) and Navik (Domestic Branch) in the Indian Coast Guard, an Armed Force of the Union



1. Navik (General Duty)

Educational Qualfication: 10+2 with Maths and Physics from an education board recognised by Central/State Government.

Age: Born between 01 Aug 89 to 31 Jul 93. (Upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates





2. Domestic Branch (Cook & Steward)

Educational Qualfication: Matriculate

Age: Born between 01 Aug 89 to 31 Jul 93. (Upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates



Selection Mode: Selection of candidates will be based on the order of merit depending on their performance in Written Test, Physical Fitness Test (PFT)and Fitness in the Medical Examinations.



How to Apply: Candidates can download the application form from the Indian Coast Guard website and send it to the respective address of Zonal recruitment centre given in the notification along with with attested copies of necessary certificates and submit one additional recent colored passport size photograph on before 21-02 2011
